Interface: IThirdPartyNotices

The third-party code a build ships and each licence's text, as written by scripts/third-party-notices.mjs. The web and desktop apps serve it as licenses/third-party.json (and the desktop app adds licenses/desktop.json); the mobile app bundles its own.
