Interface: IParsedGuid

GUIDs name an object across every instance: type:instance:uuid, where the instance is the domain of the instance that minted it, e.g. user:chat.example.com:d479de4c-ad01-413e-bf47-5d85cfdb0ceb.

The instance part may carry a port (localhost:8778), so it is everything between the first and the last colon. The id is always a version 4 UUID.
