Function: isMuteActive()

function isMuteActive(setting, now?): boolean;

Defined in: notifications.ts:37

Whether a mute is in force at now: muted, and either open-ended or not yet run out. A mute whose end cannot be read stays on, since failing loud is the worse surprise for someone who asked for quiet.
