Function: compileProfileCss()

function compileProfileCss(source, options): IProfileCssResult;

Check profile CSS and return it scoped to one profile element.

In strict mode (the default) any problem fails the whole stylesheet and css is null. In lenient mode the offending rules and declarations are dropped and the rest kept; either way every issue found is reported.
