Function: arrangeServerChannels()

function arrangeServerChannels<C, G>(channels, categories): ChannelLayoutSection<C, G>[];

Defined in: channelLayout.ts:26

The channels in no category, then every category with its channels, each in order. An empty category keeps its place. A channel whose category is not among categories (one created before the layout caught up) is shown with the uncategorised ones rather than lost.
